Studying in CESL~

Don't be shocked by the picture, I'm gonna talk about CESL. Take it easy. CESL is great place to study, also you can come here just for fun. I won't disappoint you for sure. First of all, teachers are always fun or funny, even cute. They are so easy-going that you can talk anything you want with them. Certainly, you should talk after class, not on the class, or they may get mad. In the class, you can get a lots fun, too. For instance, some teachers have some funny and a sort of silly games for you. Well, I can't give so specific examples. So if you have chance to come here, grasp it and you will be shocked. Every Thursday afternoon, there is tea time service in the CESL hall way. You have opportunities to chat, drink, and eat. That's fun. Sometimes CESL orgnanizes St.Louis trip. I like anything in CESL except TOEFL, lol. But I know that's the most important.
I am sorry about that I didn't write so long and I have to prepare the exams. See you around.

Nervousness VS Confidence

Seriously, I am nervous usually. I'm not a extroversion person, I scared to talk with strangers. But I tried to be confident, so sometimes you can't feel I am very nervous. But in my memory, there was a very interesting thing happened in my high school.
When I was in the first grade in high school, my teacher gave me assignment that was a research about games ( I chose the topic). However, I needed to present the result to the whole class. Oh, gosh, it would be confoundedly hard for me, I thought. I was so worried about the presentation. So I used almost 80% time to prepare the presentation not research. Because research was easy for me. I practiced with mirror and I gave speech to my mom time after time.
Finally, the "doomsday" was coming. Before I went to the platform, I took a deep breathe. "I can do it, I can do it.........." I repeated in my heart again and again. I really attempted to look like confident, nevertheless I could not feel my legs and I feel my tongue began to tie a knot, somehow. When I reached the platform(a long way for me), I cleared my throat. Suddenly, I felt comfortable. "It's not hard, is it?" I asked myself. Then I began to give my speech. To my surprise, I added something such as examples and stories. As soon as I finished, I heard there was a lots clapping. I was so happy that I didn't ruin it. Oppositely, I did very well (might not, I don't know, lol).
From then on, I have not been very nervous when I was talking. Because I believe I can.

What is love?

Seeing the title, you may feel strange. That is a obvious question, and why did you ask. actually, it's not so. definition of love in dictionary is "a strong feeling of affection". In narrow sense, love is referred in particular to the emotion between men and women. When you walk around the street, you can see many couples are hanging out. Love, how marvelous it is! Good things always cannot continue for a long time. Many lovers break up, divorce, or abandon their mates. That is sorrowful.

After a breath, I recalled the days of my high school life to me. I don't ever have my own lover. I fell love with a girl who was my classmate, but she rejected me absolutely. I was so sad that even I could not fall asleep in the night and I could not pay my whole attention to studying. I thought that I would love her in my life and would not give up her until she accept. However, actualities always far away from the expectations. After one year, I didn't keep that mind anymore. I rid the love minds away. Even I thought I was stupid at that time. That was true, I didn't love her forever in which I ever wanted. Shortly soon, I felt painful. "I can't love a person in perpetuity, can I?" I asked myself. Suddenly, I thought could it be said that love just was temporary? No, it cannot be. However, so many cased proved that despite our wishes. Why, why are the lovers not tough, why do they grow boring with each other, Why?

I attempted to get answer. I might get it, might not. Maybe the reason is humans' weakness. We cannot keep the resolution for a very long time. People are various and emotional. On the other hand, many people say that they don't care about appearances, but the first important factor is appearances. I know it is contradiction, but it is true. That's why many lovers break up so quickly, that's why many romantic stories just happen no end. At the beginning, they make the mistakes that they just love each other, however they don't know each other. Humans are a sort like hedgehogs, approaching too close just would hurt each other. At the beginning, they should know that love is not equal marriage, and appearances are not equal personalities.

Although we are various, we cannot live alone. We need our partners to share our love, happiness, sorrow even life. So many cases have shown that if we try, we can get along with our partners very well until we die.

I wish I would meet a girl who is my style, and she would be soft, graceful, and she might be a good wife. More importantly, she would love me like I love her. I think I would ask her to be my wife. If she agrees, I am going to kiss my bride's cheeks and tell her:"I will do my best to love you, to take care of you, to protect you. If I can."

(After the rain, I saw the sun, I smelled the fresh air. Love may disappoint us. But we should hold the dream, we would see the sun finally.)

Sweet dumplings, Sweet lanterns

China has a lot of culture and characteristics. Tomorrow's night will be the night of the 15th of the first lunar month. This is one of our traditional festival. On this day, people usually get together to eat sweet dumplings, which are made from polished glutinous rice and some other stuff. They have sphere shape. Chinese usually boil them to eat, but in some region, people are liking to eat them by fry. When you done your sweet dumplings, you should go outside to have a look at the lanterns. How beautiful they are! There are so many lights in the dark with so many colors. Furthermore, if you like them, you can buy one which you like, then you can hold it and play with it. So many children like this day, because they may get pretty lanterns. When the night is not very young, people may begin to play fireworks. By the sounds and the flashes, you will feel the happiness of people and you warm heart.
